area when dimensions of a shape are change proportionally.
2. The student will use
formulas in a spreadsheet to analyze changes in dimensions of 2D figures.
Procedures:
Follow the instructions on the worksheet.

Assessment:
Correct completion of spreadsheet and questions on worksheet.
Modifications:
Provide student with spreadsheet template or let students work in pairs.
Extensions:
Student will create a chart to determine the effect on area when changing
dimensions of triangles and circles.
